SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
Any Subcontractor or Supplier bidding work that will be performed
on-site for this project, is cautioned to read and incorporate in their
bid, all costs associated with:
• Section 01100, General
Provisions, Items 19 “Required Insurance
(Railroads)” and 20 “Work On or Adjacent to
Railroad”
• Special Provisions for
Protection of Railway Interest and Appendix A Outline of Specific Work
Conditions
We believe that normal on-site labor productivity will be impacted by
these requirements and want to call them to your attention so that you
may accurately estimate your costs.
