Salary Increases

We review salaries and industry data to ensure the competitiveness of our wage and salary program on an on-going basis, and annually, team members receive salary increases based upon several factors, including performance, current cost of living, and industry data.

Incentive Compensation

Incentive compensation is designed to promote the achievement of our firm’s goals, which include increasing profitability and achieving customer satisfaction. The incentive compensation is earned annually and paid as a lump sum at the end of the first calendar quarter of each year.

Project Site Incentive Compensation

This program is designed to reward the designated project management team (Construction Managers, Assistant Construction Managers, Schedulers, and all field staff) for the effort required to achieve an outstanding evaluation, timely project completion, and completing the project under budget. The compensation for each objective is earned, calculated, and paid independently as a separate component and shared among the project team.

Contract Procurement Incentive

This program is designed to reward our preconstruction team for their efforts.

Medical & Dental Insurance

Medical and dental insurance plans are provided by nationwide insurers.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Voluntary enrollment allows you to set aside a portion of their earnings, tax-free, for everyday expenses for dependent care, and out-of-pocket medical expenses including dental, vision, and prescription drugs. Qualified expenses paid thru the FSA are exempt from income tax.

Life Insurance

Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage is provided to all full-time employees. Voluntary Term coverage may also be elected for themselves and dependents through payroll deduction.

Disability Insurance

Full-time salaried employees are provided Short-Term Disability coverage. Short-term disability insurance pays a percentage of your salary should you become temporarily unable to work for a period of time due to illness or injury (excluding on-the-job injuries, which are covered by workers’ compensation insurance).

Full-time employees may also elect long-term disability insurance through payroll deduction. This insurance pays a percentage of your salary should you become unable to work for a longer period of time due to illness or injury (excluding on-the-job injuries, which are covered by workers’ compensation insurance).

401(k) & Corporate Matching

Retirement savings in the 401(k) plan provides a wide array of funds for investment strategies to meet individual needs. Qualifying participants also receive Corporate matching contributions on an annual basis.

We provide short-term and long-term relocation and housing assistance for our project related employees.

Continuing Education

We encourage the professional development of our team members and offer sponsorship to attend approved courses, webinars, seminars, and conferences.
