The
successful candidate shall possess a minimum of five-to-ten years
experience performing quantity take-offs and pricing for civil,
structural, and/or mechanical systems, and analysis of Subcontractor
and Vendor scopes for competitively bid (hard dollar) projects.
Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel and MS Office
Suites, as well as Timberline Estimating Software and federal
government experience a plus, but not required.
