This project consisted of building a 100,000 sf health care facility, in addition to a new central energy plant on the Winnebago Indian Reservation.
The main building had four levels housing twelve tribal health programs including dentistry, diabetes, birthing center, podiatry, mental health, acute care, and 24-hour emergency care.
The project included medical and dental equipment, sterilizers, hydraulic elevators, a roof-top helicopter landing pad, heat recovery system, underground distribution systems, underslab snow melt system at all entrances to the building, specialty gas, and hospital grade electrical systems, including extensive backup generators to allow continuing operation of the hospital during power outages.
