The project consisted of constructing a new three-story dormitory to house 80 people. The building is approximately 32,000 sf, and is constructed of reinforced concrete, load bearing masonry with a stucco finish, metal roof trusses, and standing seam metal roof. The work also included demolition of an existing dormitory. The interior of the dormitory has 20 housing modules each consisting of four private bedroom/bathroom suites with shared dining, kitchen, laundry, and living room areas. Public areas include an Activity Room, Mail Room, Vending and other required support facilities.
