Centaur Cryogenic Tanking Facility

This project was the first phase of a support facility for the Centaur (rocket) Processing Facility. It consisted of the complete site development of approximately 30 acres, the construction of 8 buildings of various sizes, the tanking cell itself, which included electrically actuated moving platforms, and 2 major fuel containment support structures with revetments designed to contain any potential explosions. Certain areas of this project were constructed to Class 1, Division 2, Group B, C, and D atmosphere rating (hazardous), being exposed to hydrogen, oxygen, and/or hypergolic fuel components.
