The project consists of constructing a new three-story dormitory to house 108 people, demolition of an existing building, and site work.  The building is approximately 39,790 sf, and is constructed of reinforced concrete, load bearing masonry with a stucco finish, metal roof trusses, and standing seam metal roof.  The interior of the dormitory has 27 housing modules each consisting of four private bedroom/bathroom suites with shared dining, kitchen, laundry, and living room areas. Other areas include an Activity Room, Mail Room, Vending, offices and required support facilities.
