This project was a 67,900 sf single story fitness center that included a 25 meter competitive indoor swimming pool, three racquetball courts, steam room sauna, exercise rooms, various special function rooms, juice bar, gymnasium, and an elevated running track. The construction was drilled reinforced concrete piers and grade beam foundation, structural steel frame, with a CMU veneer, decorative EIFS panels, and a structural standing seam metal roof.
