The multi-building complex consisted of a 62,300 sf heliport maintenance hangar with repair shop and storage, a 10,000 sf operations building, a 3,000 sf pre-engineered refuel/platoon building, a 14,000 sf pre-engineered supply/storage building, a 1,200 sf pre-engineered flammable storage building, a 280 sf sentry station, a 1,000 sf pre-engineered pumphouse, a 200 sf electrical vault, aircraft and vehicle parking, and washracks.
