The project consisted of the construction of an 87,809 sf laboratory building comprised of a two-story section and high bay area on a 17 acre site. Also part of the work, was a Class 100,000 clean room. An interesting aspect of this project was the construction of 4 islands and bridges crossing an existing environmentally sensitive wetlands area.
