Project Name: Predator Maintenance Complex

Location: Creech Air Force Base, Indian Springs, Nevada
Magnitude: $25 Million


The project comprised the construction of two support buildings and an Aircraft Hangar, with the associated infrastructure improvements. The Ground Control Station is 13,800 sf and the General Purpose Maintenance Shop is 23,800 sf. Both these buildings are constructed of load bearing masonry with standing seam metal roofs. The Hangar Addition is a 31,800 sf free-standing metal building with a large retractable Hangar door.
