This project consisted of two structures, a 39,435 sf laboratory building that included toxic and non-toxic lab wings as well as an administrative area, and a 3,800 sf large filter test facility. The laboratory rooms included extensive lab casework and fume hoods with specialty gas piping systems. The exhaust from the laboratories was run through specialized ductwork and through custom fabricated toxic air filters prior to discharge into the atmosphere.
