This project was an underwater operations "school" used by the military to train members of the different service branches that comprised the U.S. armed forces. It consisted of the construction of an Administration/Open/Closed-Circuit Building, Compressor/Generator Building, Aid Station/Dispensary, Dive/Parachute Drying Towers, Boat Maintenance Building, and Barracks/Dining Hall.
