“Always work to improve.”

– David Boland

I have led the firm since its inception in 1976, shortly after receiving my civil engineering degree. Prior to starting the firm, I worked in the construction field and was fortunate to have had the opportunity to gain significant experience in a variety of areas from concrete and masonry to structural steel, carpentry, mechanical, and finishes. I began as a laborer and tradesman and worked my way up to field supervisor.

By virtue of growing the firm from just two employees, I have had to learn and perform every aspect of the construction industry, from preconstruction and project management to administration and accounting. I have high expectations for all of our team members and it has always been my goal that we perform at the highest level and continually improve on our processes and procedures.

How can we serve you?

My wife and I have three adult children. When time allows, I enjoy spending time in the Bahamas fishing as well as collecting muscle cars from the late 60s to early 70s era.
