“Never be the smartest person
in the room. For me, that has
always been easy.”
– Frederick N. “Rick” Batdorf
I have been a part of more than 100 construction projects since I joined the industry in 2001. To build upon my construction management degree, I’ve invested significant time to become a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, a Designated Professional by the Design-Build Institute of America, and an LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council. I enjoy working with our clients to deliver a solution for their challenges. I love what we do, it’s more than just a building, it’s a complex collection of materials and systems all coming together to achieve a desired function.
Outside of the office, my wife and I love to travel, visit and learn about historical sites, read non-fiction books, hike, and watch movies.
