Computers reading résumés don’t hire people, I do. I lay the foundation for our team members to succeed and ensure nothing stands in their way as they propel to reach their full potential. In support of our firm’s strategic goals, I implement human resources strategies that support our team so they can serve our clients. These include establishing department accountabilities, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and AA/EEO compliance.
My diverse human resources experience includes working for a preeminent health care facility with a staff of over 1,000 team members where, in addition to my day-to-day HR duties, I participated in labor relation activities, secured state grants for innovative training programs, and developed non-traditional staffing plans. From there I joined a high-tech engineering start-up firm to centralize their HR functions. I developed corporate policies and procedures, and performed facilities management. I parlayed this experience to launch my own boutique executive recruiting firm partnering with clients to deliver industry and position specific talent.
Away from work, I’m all about family. My husband and I enjoy time with our two sons, daughter-in-law, and our two dogs.
