We’re Building IDIQ Contract Capacity
We have been awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with the U.S. Army Engineer District, Louisville, for Construction Services for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. This contract will be utilized for construction of Military, Civil Works, and Army and Air Force Reserve projects that will be located primarily within the Great Lakes and River Division Mission Boundaries. The available capacity for the MATOC pool is $240,000,000 with performance over the next three years and options to extend the contract an additional two years.
We have served Federal agencies for 40 years on a wide variety of contracts; however, this is our first IDIQ contract. Under this contract we may perform a wide variety of task orders including task orders requiring design before construction can begin. For these design-build task orders, our teaming partner is Yaeger Architecture, Inc. of Overland Park, KS, who will provide design services.
Types of work may include new building construction, building renovation, demolition, building debris-type removal, structural repairs, architectural, site work, utility installation/replacement, paving, landscaping, geotechnical work, civil works (such as flood damage reduction, channel improvements, bank stabilization, levees, and floodwalls), industrial repairs, equipment upgrades, instrumentation, security systems, and abatement/remediation of lead based paint, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), asbestos, radioactive, and other hazardous or toxic waste.
Thirty-seven bids were received in competition for this MATOC.
